This popular restaurant is located alongside a windmill in Burgh le Marsh, a peaceful and picturesque market town just five miles from the bustling seaside resort of Skegness. Family run for a number of years by husband and wife Chris and Sharon, together with the front of house team, the restaurant has gained a reputation with locals and visitors alike for its excellent cuisine and first class service. The spacious interior is welcoming and homely with a delightful outside patio area, the perfect spot to relax with a drink in the warmer months.
Chef Chris is proud to serve delicious home cooked meals using premium quality, locally sourced fresh produce while Sharon creates wonderful desserts and afternoon teas, all beautifully presented to your table. The menus offer a great choice of appetising starters, succulent mains (steak, poultry, fish, sea food, pasta, roast of the day, pie of the day, vegetarian), and irresistible mouth watering desserts. A children’s menu is also available and the renowned Sunday Roast is not to be missed! Themed evenings are held regularly such as Thai & Oriental and Mediterranean. To complement the dishes of your choice is an excellent drinks list including fine wines and a fantastic selection of gins and cocktails.
Although not marked on the menus, the team are passionate about catering for all dietary needs (including gluten free, vegetarian and vegan) and will do their utmost to accommodate your requests. The friendly and knowledgeable staff are more than happy to answer questions regarding food preparation and ingredients and to advise on menu choice. A takeaway and delivery service is also provided.
