Welcome to The Hayhurst Arms, a charming red brick public house located in the delightful rural village of Bostock, Northwich. Overlooking the village green, it prides itself in being at the very heart of the community where locals and visitors can meet and share great food, drink and conversation.
Once inside you will find the character and warmth of a traditional country pub and restaurant with mature oak furniture, cosy open log fires and a wealth of paintings and book shelves lining the walls. Alternatively, popular during the summer months is the spacious and attractive outside terrace and gardens with children’s play area.
When it comes to dining, The Hayhurst Arms is passionate about providing excellent food. Meals are carefully prepared and cooked using only quality fresh ingredients and stylishly presented at your table. Familiar British classic dishes are at the core of the menus but with that special twist incorporating exotic influences from around the world.
The menus also offer a comprehensive allergen filter which is great news for anyone with specific dietary requirements. For example, there is a good range of gluten free options available including Nibbles, Starters & Sharing Platters. From the Mains menu GF options include Moroccan spiced vegetable & chickpea pie with baby peppers, aubergine and toasted almonds; Pan fried sea bream with a lemon dill potato cake, braised fennel and watercress veloute; Warm crispy beef salad or Braised shoulder of lamb with Dauphinoise potatoes, carrot mash and rosemary gravy. There are Sides, Light Bites and Sandwiches too, plus a choice of mouth-watering desserts.
The Sunday Lunch menu also caters for gluten free diners offering an excellent choice of starters, mains and desserts. To complement your dining experience, choose from the excellent wine list and selection of liqueurs.
