This beautiful country inn is located in the picturesque village of Bucknell with surrounding views over the glorious Shropshire Hills. It is ideally situated for exploring the area being close to the popular towns of Ludlow, Shrewsbury and Hereford. Built of attractive red brick, the inn retains the charm of a traditional country inn with exposed beams, stone walls and fascinating local artefacts including an original 18th-century cider press and mill stone proudly displayed in the restaurant. Contemporary styling and furnishings are perfectly incorporated throughout to create a wonderfully warm and inviting atmosphere. Relax in the comfortable lounge bar or separate dog-friendly bar with pool table. The hotel boasts a number of luxuriously appointed rooms including three amazing Garden Rooms with decking, hot tubs and even a private natural swimming pond, the ultimate pampering indulgence.

The team are passionate about catering for dietary requirements and offer gluten free (GF), vegetarian (V) and vegan (Vg) dishes which are clearly marked on the menus. Any meal containing nut products is also identified (N) and Dairy Free can be provided on request. An allergen chart is also available. The friendly and knowledgeable staff are more than happy to answer questions regarding food preparation and ingredients, advise on menu selection, and accommodate requests if possible.
