Menus provide lighter fare and beverages throughout the day and evening in a comfortable and relaxed atmosphere. Choose from appetising Starters & Lite Bites, delicious Mains, Salads, Sandwiches, Sides and irresistible Desserts. For a more formal dining option, the 2 AA Rosette Ebb and Flow Restaurant offers sophisticated styling with a nautical touch. Using fresh, local produce whenever possible the award-winning chef has created seasonal dishes showcasing Welsh food at its best, notably mussels from the River Conwy. Welsh ales and an extensive wine list offer the perfect accompaniment to your chosen meals.
The kitchen team also cater for those with dietary requirements including Vegetarian (v), Vegan (vg) and Nut Containing (n) which are clearly marked on the menus. Many dishes can also be provided gluten free including breakfast options. A separate gluten free Afternoon Tea menu is also available on request. The friendly and knowledgeable staff are more than happy to answer questions regarding food preparation and ingredients and advise on menu choice.
