The delightful Driftwood Café is well located just off the promenade in the charming seaside town of New Brighton. Family run by owner Amanda, the coastal themed café is bright and homely with comfortable furnishings and attractive decor. There is also outside seating to the front, the perfect spot to relax and watch the world go by.
The Driftwood has deservedly gained a local reputation for its delicious wholesome food and prides itself on using locally sourced ingredients whenever possible. All cakes and scones are homemade on the premises. Open throughout the day, the menus offer an excellent selection of tasty breakfast choices, sandwiches with choice of fillings, soups and salads, light lunches including many traditional favourites, and irresistible freshly baked cakes and scones. The Driftwood Afternoon Tea is a treat not to be missed! A selection of premium coffees and teas are always available.
