Philip and Lauren who run The Fox at Peasemore have created a superb village pub. Phillip who won BII Licensee of the Year 2009, has been in the industry as a chef for over 30 years and for the past twenty-four years he has run four pubs and restaurants of his own, with his wife Lauren.
