Welcome to Watson’s Bistro, a delightful French inspired family-run restaurant located close to the magnificent Conwy Castle in this historic and popular coastal town. Tucked away in a quiet corner, the Bistro is cosy and intimate with wooden flooring, exposed brickwork, intriguing wallpaper and interesting pictures and bric-a-brac. There is also a small courtyard, the perfect spot to relax with a drink in the warmer months.
The restaurant has deservedly gained a reputation for its excellent homemade food using locally sourced produce and ingredients whenever possible. The seasonal menus offer à la carte or set courses for lunch and evening meals (including an Early Bird option). Special dietary requirements are also catered for and most of the menu is available gluten free or can be adapted on request. The friendly and knowledgeable staff are more than happy to answer questions regarding food preparation and ingredients and to accommodate your needs. GF options include tasty nibbles, soups, starters and delicious main meals. Why not round off your memorable dining experience with a mouth watering GF dessert or selection of Welsh cheeses with homemade chutney. Dessert wines and an excellent House Port are available too, and a selection of coffees with homemade fudge.
